JEWELLERY, ACCESSORIES & CRYSTAL BOUQUETS

Jewellery and accessories are made to order (with a selection of readymade items). As most items are made to order, we can cater to your length requirements and colour specifications. We can also vary designs or work with you to create your own design.

How to place an order

Orders are taken in person at our studio or market stall, via email or over the phone. If you would like to make an appointment to visit our studio, please contact us.

If ordering via email, please provide your contact details, reference codes & description of the items you wish to order. If ordering jewellery and accessories, please also include bead colour, metal finish, size and other specific requirements. We will then send you an invoice with the total amount and payment instructions.

Processing time for orders

"Made to Order" items are generally completed within 3 - 4 weeks (excluding delivery time).  However, colour specific and 14K Gold Filled items may take longer.  This is due tothe fact that we do not carry all colours and order them on a "as need" basis.  You will be notified if completion is not expected within this timeframe.  If you require jewellery for a specific event, it is recommended that you order at least 6 - 8 weeks prior.

"Ready Made" items will be posted as soon as payment is received. If ordering a combination of "Ready Made" and "Made to Order" items, your goods will be delivered when your entire order is completed.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for completion of crystal bouquet orders.

Payment

All orders are final and require full payment at time of ordering. All payments received are non-refundable.

Any discount vouchers/coupon codes must be presented at time of ordering. Discount vouchers/coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Postage and packaging

Postage and packaging costs are additonal. All items (except crystal bouquets) are posted via registered post. Optional: Pick from Dandenong Studio or market stall.

Refund/Exchange

There are no refunds or exchanges on any items.

Warranty

We take pride in creating quality pieces with high quality components. All jewellery, hair & other accessories and crystal bouquets purchased carry a 6 month manufacturing warranty. In the unlikely event that your item has a manufacturing fault, we will carry out repairs free of charge within the first 6 months. A fee will apply for repairs not deemed to be a manufacturing fault or fall outside the 6 month period.

DIY INVITATIONS

Our aim is to provide our customers with a large selection of DIY invitation products at affordable prices. We want to provide you with a service to order exactly what you want for all your invitation making needs in one convenient location at competitve prices.

Whilst we are unable to stock each and every item in all colours, sizes and widths, we place orders with our suppliers on a fortnighly basis. We hold a sample of all items that we can order as well as colour swatches. You are welcome to visit our Dandenong studio or one of our market stalls to view the range. Once ordered, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to placing an online order to check stock availablity.

Unfortunately, from time to time, products may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued from our suppliers. In the event that our suppliers are out of stock and we cannot supply an item, you wil be notified with the option to wait for the item to be re-stocked, choose another item or receive a refund.

How to place an order

How to place an online order (Australian order only, Note: we do not ship outside Australia)

We use a secure PayPal Shopping Cart facility for ordering DIY Stationery.  To order any item, click on the “Add To Cart” button and enter the desired quantity in the shopping cart. Where there is a drop down menu, please select the product/quantity/colour you wish to purchase and click on "Add To Cart". Please ensure to “Update Cart” if making quantity changes.  Select “Continue Shopping” to add more items to the cart or “Proceed To Checkout” to finalise your order via PayPal. A “View Cart” button is provided on the top of each page which allows you to proceed to the checkout should you not wish to add further items to the shopping cart. 

During checkout, we ask that you provide a contact number in the event we have to contact you. We respect your privacy and do not rent, sell or share your information with others.


Once your order has been paid via PayPal, you will receive notification from PayPal via email.  Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment

All orders are final and require full payment (this is non-refundable) at time of ordering.

Postage and handling

We use Registered Australia post to deliver orders within Australia. Postage & handling rates are as follows:

We do not ship outside Australia.

If ordering via our shopping cart, postage rate is automatically added. If you wish to pick-up your order from our Dandenong studio or one of our market stalls, please contact us and we will refund you the postage costs. Should we be able to pack your order in a small parcel, we will provide a partial refund on the postage.

Special order items

If ordering any items marked as "special order", please note that special order items incur a surcharge of $15.00 which will be charged separately to your order. Only one surcharge fee is charged per order. If you have any questions relating to special order items, please contact us.

Minimum order requirements

Minimum order of $20.00 (excludes postage) for DIY invitation orders.

Minimum order requirements also apply to specific products. Please ensure that if there are any minimum ordering requirements that you make the adjustement to the quantity in the shopping cart and "update cart". Orders with less than the minimum packet requirement will not be processed and will be issued with a refund.

Refund/Exchange

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges on any items.

Please notify us within 5 days if you receive a faulty item.

MADE-TO-ORDER INVITATIONS

Our invitations are made-to-order. You can choose one of our designs as pictured or make variations by choosing the card colour, decorative paper, ribbon and embellishments of your choice (surcharges may apply for different paper/embellishment combinations). Alternatively, if you have a specific design in mind, we can work with you to create exactly what you want (design fee may apply).

We hold a sample swatch of all card, decorative paper, ribbon colours, buckle designs and bomboniere boxes. You are welcome to make an appointment to visit our Dandenong Studio or visit us at one of our market stalls.

We recommend you order your invitations and bomboniere 8 - 12 weeks before you need to send them out to ensure stock availability and to lock in production dates.

The ordering process

1. Select one of our designs - choose your paper colours and embellishments. We can also work with you to create a style of your choice (design fee may apply).

2. Add optional extras such as RSVP cards and place cards etc.

2. Choose layout - we have a number of different layouts and wording (provided at time of ordering).

3. Select font - choose from a selection of fonts. This may be a one font or a two font combination (provided at time of ordering).

4. We will supply you with templates and ask that you fill in all the required details. If you have a paper based list and are unable to fill in the spreadsheet, we can do this for you at an additional cost.

5. We will make up a proof for your approval. Once approved, we will start the printing and assembly process while you sit back and relax!

Minimum order

Minimum order of 25 invitations applies (selected designs with glamour pockets may require a minimum of 50 invitations). This minimum also applies to bomboniere and optional extras. If you are after a smaller quantity, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

Payment

We require 50% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering. Once proof has been approved and before going to print, we require 100% of your total order to be paid (this is non-refundable).
