What components are used in the jewellery?

Our jewellery is made for high quality materials including:

* Silver plated, rhodium plated and gold plated components are used where sterling silver and 14K gold filled are not available. This is clearly mentioned in the description of each piece of jewellery.

Can designs be adapted?

Yes, our designs can be adapted to cater for your requirements - this includes colour, length and design variations.

What colour options are available?

Our Jewellery can be made in a variety of colour options. Please see colour charts for a full list of colours. Please note that all designs are not available in all colours. Colour availablity for each design is specified. Items may be ordered with colours marked . Items are not available in colours marked .

Do you have a store that I can visit to see the jewellery in person?

We have a studio/showroom in Dandenong, Victoria where our jewellery can be viewed by appointment. Appointments can be made for weekends with limited weekday appointments available.

Do you do home consultations?

Yes! We are pleased to announce that we now offer free*in-home consultations for the bride and bridal party in the Melbourne Metropolitan area. We will bring our entire collection for you to view and try in the comfort of your own home!

This means that you can select the best design from our collection to match your outfit. We can assist you in selecting colours from the vast range of Swarovski Crystal and Swarovski Pearl colour options. Save time in searching for your jewellery without having to leave your house. If you would like to arrange a free in-home consultation for you and your bridal party, please contact us.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by phone, email or in person at our studio. All orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering (crystal bouquets require a 50% desposit). All orders are final and there are no refunds/exchanges.

How long do orders take to complete?

"Made to Order" items are generally completed within 3 - 4 weeks (excluding delivery time).  However, colour specific and 14K Gold Filled items may take up to 6 weeks.  This is due to the fact that we do not carry all colours and order them on a "as need" basis.  You will be notified if completion is not expected within this timeframe.  If you require jewellery for a specific event, it is recommended that you order at least 6 - 8 weeks prior.

When will my order be posted?

"Made to order" items will generally be posted within 3 - 6 weeks. If ordering a "Readymade item", this will be posted as soon as payment is received.

If ordering a combination of "Made to Order" and "Readymade" items, this will generally be posted within 3 - 6 weeks when the entire order is complete.

These are only suggested time frames. Some order may be posted sooner and other may take longer. We will notify you if unable to deliver within the recommended time frame.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Bank Deposit Transfer and Cash.

How do I reedem a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code or discount voucher, please advise us at the time of placing your order. Coupon/discounts can not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

unfortunately, we do not post outside of Australia.

How do I care for my jewellery?

All metals, whether they are non-precious or precious are prone to tarnish. Tarnish occurs as a result of metals reaction with chemicals in the air. We recommend you store your jewellery in air-tight zip-lock bags for protection (these are provided with each piece of jewellery). It is also important that after wear, you wipe each piece with a soft polishing cloth and place back into zip-lock bag.  Store in a cool dry area, away from direct sunlight.

If tarnish does occur you may use a jewellery polishing cloth or a silver dip cleaner (available from jewellery stores).
